How do We Collect Information?

XOTV cares about your privacy.  We collect only what we need to make the app function.

XOTV allows you to livestream and chat with your friends and anyone who has your XOTV username.  Any comments you make on other people’s live streams are public. Your live streams are saved by default, but you can delete them.  Your name, avatar, saved videos, and the badges you have received (but not who sent them) are available to those who have your username, and includes only the information you wish to share.

XOTV will only collect information that you have given us permission to store. When you register your account, for example, you share with us your phone number and other personal information.

We collect your personal information primarily to provide you with a secure, simple, efficient, and customized user experience. We may use your personal information to:

 - Prevent potentially illegal activities and ensure compliance with our Terms of Use.
 - Provide you with the Services and with great customer support.-

When you access XOTV, you may also share your location or phone contact information with us. That information is used for you to share XOTV with your friends, give them badges, or to join Neighborhoods in XOTV, and only for that purpose.

You can always access or change which information you share publicly, including profile information or recorded livestreams, in your account settings page.You may close your account at any time by emailing After you close your account, your recorded livestreams will no longer be accessible to the public. However, we may keep content from your account for legitimate purposes such as if you decide to re-activate your account to XOTV.
